We offer refunds within 14 days of you receiving your order, you must contact us to tell us you would like a refund. In the event of an order arriving in a damaged condition, please contact us on receipt of your order.

In order to refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not be used or damaged
  • You should include your order number when returning the item
  • Unless an item is damaged, the buyer will pay return costs
  • If an item is damaged Qwinkydink will cover return postage

Items on sale can be refunded as above.

We charge a flat rate of £4.95. This applies to most items unless specified.
